Becca & Jeff! What a super sweet, RAD couple that drove from Utah to have an epic elopement day venturing through the stunning slot canyons in Page, Arizona. This was my first time in slot canyons, and let me say, I was just completely blown away by the stunning beauty of them! Eloping in a slot canyon is such a unique and cool idea that is guaranteed to give you incredible photos, and a memorable experience with your love! So how does one go about eloping in a slot canyon? Good question, as there are lot’s of different options one has when choosing a slot canyon. I would recommend first googling all the different ones around Arizona- there are quite a few! Almost all the slot canyons require permits and a guide in order to elope in them! I would recommend getting started by generating a list of the potential spots, and from there choosing one based on which location you like the best and would like to spend some time in, or based on the different regulations and rules each has. All I know, is whichever one you choose, they will all be stunning and unique. Being a photographer and working in slot canyons was a different experience then what I was used to! Between working through tight spaces, going from being blazing hot to chilly in a matter of seconds, and dealing with low light in the canyons, it was an experience unlike any other. However, I think we nailed it and had the best afternoon together in the wonderful Page, Arizona.
